What Is Virgin Hair?
Just like anything else in its virgin state, virgin hair is exactly the same. It is "unprocessed" hair. We put the quote on the word unprocessed because there's a common misconceptions by virgin hair buyers to think that unprocessed virgin hair means the same as not putting the natural hair through a cleansing process. So, to clear the air on that misconception, unprocessed virgin hair is hair that has not been treated with perms, dye, bleach, or any other chemicals. All cuticles are intact and run in the same direction
What About Shedding?
At bare minimum, no hair is perfect and anyone or company that states otherwise is simply miss leading you. At Queen Royale, honesty is a foundational part of doing business so we want to be as transparent with you as possible. The wefting techniques used on our virgin hair products is designed to minimize shedding to nearly none. You may notice a few strands here and there, but nothing alarming. From experience, we believe that the most effective way to avoid shedding is by sealing the wefts.
Can I Color My Hair?
Yes. We recommend contacting a professional for proper coloring techniques, tips, and upkeep. Coloring can be damaging to both your hair and your tresses, so please be careful when opting to color your hair

What Is the Difference Between Frontal and Closures?
The terms “closure” and “frontal” are arguably two of the most interchangeably used jargon in the virgin hair market. Maybe second to the terms “virgin hair” and “remy hair” but that’s a whole different post. To offer you a little clarity, a frontal is applied across the front of the head and it measures from ear to ear (approx. 13"x 4"). On the other hand, a closure is typically applied at the crown of the head (approx. 4"x 4")
How Much Hair Do I Need for An Install?
Like many questions involving 100% virgin human hair, the number of bundles that you need to match your style is very personal or subjective because you’re uniquely-made (as it should be!) and the bundles of hair you need will always vary based on your desired fullness. However, it’s important for you to keep in mind that the longer a hair bundle’s length, the shorter the weft length. With that in mind, here are some hair length to bundles needed recommendations:
If the hair is 12 – 16 inches long, then go with two (2) bundles
If the hair is 18 – 24 inches long, then go with three (3) or four (4) bundles
If the hair is 26 – 30 inches long, then go with three (3) or four (4) bundles
How Much Does Each of The Hair Bundles Weight?

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

Our free shipping is limited to the standard method of shipping, expedited delivery such as Two-days, and next day are available at their appropriate market rates

Virgin hair is an intimate product that’s hygiene related and very sensitive to human and non-human odors or smell. And being that it is a natural product, we can only be responsible for the product while it is with us and cannot control the state of our virgin hair once it leaves us (as proper treatment is required for best results).
