Virgin remy hair is naturally unprocessed hair that hasn’t been subject to any chemicals or treatments. This means that the 100% virgin remy hair is at its natural state and that after investing your hard-earned money into buying your hair, you need to make sure that you pay attention to it to maintain its condition.
A lot of people choose to buy virgin remy hair extensions because they look so natural and will give a beautiful look unlike the processed hair that would often look like plastic and been known to melt on customers. But virgin remy hair needs to be taken care of just like you would take care of your natural hair if you want to make sure that it is in top condition.
When you buy virgin remy hair from a reputable supplier like Queen Royale, you are ensuring that you are buying the best quality virgin remy hair at a very affordable price for the value! Ok, so you took the leap of faith and bought your virgin remy hair. What’s next?
What you need to do next is to make sure that you are giving it enough attention and care so that it can stay looking great for the longest period possible.
5 Easy Ways to Keep Your Virgin Remy Hair Looking Beautiful and Healthy...
STEP ONE: Detangle your hair gently
Even the smoothest and silkiest virgin remy hair can form tangles due to friction and movement. You need to make sure that you detangle your remy hair gently. Always brush your hair before you go to bed and before washing it.
Use a wide tooth comb or brush and start from the end of the hair and work your way up. Don’t pull on your natural hair or your virgin hair strands and do this as gently as possible. If your virgin remy hair extensions are not weaved into your own hair or if you are wearing a wig then remove the hair and make sure that you hold it with one hand and comb it gently.
Don’t try to comb or detangle your hair extension when it is wet. This is where hair is very weak and vulnerable and just like your natural hair you will damage the hair strands and they might break or cut.
STEP TWO: Wash your hair once a week
You need to make sure that you wash your virgin remy hair and clean it as you would do with your natural hair. This will ensure that your hair will look clean and will maintain its volume. If you are using a shampoo for your virgin hair then you need to make sure that you are using a shampoo that is free from sulfate.
Sulfate will strip your virgin remy hair out of its natural oils and will make it dry and frizzy. Some people will skip shampooing virgin remy hair altogether and will only use a rich conditioner to condition their hair. However, this depends on whether your virgin remy hair extensions are removable or not. If you can remove them, then you might want to shampoo your natural hair only after having your extensions removed.
Always start by washing your extensions from the bottom and work your way up. Don’t rub the hair against itself because you will create friction that will damage cuticle. Be gentle and don’t over wash your hair extension.
Remember that our natural hair stays moisturized and hydrated because of the food supply it gets from the scalp. But virgin remy hair doesn’t have this kind of nutrition therefore you need to make sure that you are giving it proper care and attention.
Choose a rich conditioner that will keep your hair moisturized.
STEP THREE: Deep condition your hair
Because your virgin remy hair has no access to the nutrients that would keep the hair nourished, conditioning your hair is of great importance regardless of the type of the virgin hair you have. Even silky hair can go frizzy after a while.
You need to make sure that you are deep conditioning your virgin remy hair extensions at least once a month. You can use natural oils like almond oil and coconut oil to hydrate your hair and to keep it moisturized.
You can also use aragan oil to smooth out fizziness. If you choose to buy products, make sure that you are using the products that contain the least amount of chemicals because your virgin hair is still in its natural state.
STEP FOUR: Treat your virgin remy hair gently
If you have straight and silky hair bundles then there is no need to damage your virgin hair with styling irons and blow dryers. You can simply towel dry your hair gently then let it air dry in a natural way.
By avoiding using heat you are ensuring that your virgin hair will live longer and will stay in a better condition. If your hair has a wavy look you can use flexi rods that would maintain the wavy and curly look of your hair.
If, however, you need to have your hair styled in a different way, then you can blow dry it or use a flat iron but you must make sure that you are using hair protection on your natural and virgin remy hair extensions as this will protect the hair from damage.
STEP 5: Sleep tight
Never sleep with wet loose hair because this might cause permanent damage to your virgin remy hair. Make sure that you detangle your hair before you sleep and pin it up before putting a satin cap on it.
Satin will not react with the hair or produce static electricity that would damage the strands of your virgin remy extensions. If your strands are curly you can have your hair braided to maintain the look of the curls.

Virgin Hair is IN and having premium quality, clean and safe virgin human hair is something that many people choose to do. Some people decide to buy virgin hair because of cosmetic reasons, while others may do so for medical reasons. To install it, virgin hair bundles are added to your natural hair or are weaved into a wig instead of natural hair to give a beautiful and natural look. There are a lot of different options in the world of hair care, but one of the most common and the most popular types of hair is 100% virgin hair.
Are all “Virgin Hair” Created Equal?
The short answer to this question is, no. Like any popular product line that’s gained a strong, passionate customer base, the term Virgin Hair (whether Brazilian, Indian, Malaysian, or Peruvian) has been hijacked by low-quality hair vendors and scammers alike. Why? Because these unethical individuals or businesses know that customers like yourself have come to trust virgin hair as what it is – pure, real human hair that you’ll treat as if it was yours and gives you so much more flexibility and lasting use.
So, to help you quickly sift through whether you’re dealing with genuine virgin human hair, here are a few key things to know about premium virgin hair…
To qualify as virgin hair, the hair must meet these standards:
Hair has never been bleached.
It has never been permed.
It has never been colored.
It hasn’t been chemically processed in any way.
Hair comes from one single donor.
All the cuticles are intact and run in the same direction.
Most of the time virgin hair will also mean hair that hasn’t been blow dried or subject to any harsh agents, like smoke or drugs. It is the highest quality of natural hair because the hair is usually in top condition and comes from the best origin. This is the reason virgin hair is one of the most popular and most costly types of hair extensions that people choose to have.
Why do people use virgin hair?
Many celebrities and ordinary people choose to use virgin hair because it is natural. This means that it can give the most natural look if you don’t want anyone to know that your hair has been enhanced in any way. When you have virgin hair, this doesn’t mean that you can’t have it altered in any way you like. You can have your virgin hair colored and trimmed in any way you like but we really suggest you let a Professional do this for you to make sure that your hair will stay in top condition.
Where can I get virgin hair?
You need to make sure that you are buying virgin hair from a trustable source to make sure that you are getting the best quality hair and that you are not being scammed. When you choose to shop at a reputable site like Queen Royale you are making sure that you are only buying the best quality natural virgin hair that comes from the best sources.
What are the types of virgin hair available?
There are many types and styles of virgin hair available today. Out of the options available, the virgin hair market has a strong Big Four, better known as:
The most popular styles include Straight hair, Body Wave, Deep Curly, Kinky Curly, Loose Wave, and Natural Wave hair.
How Is Virgin Hair Collected?
The process of collecting virgin hair is time consuming and requires the skillful efforts of an experienced hair dresser to make sure you receive the best quality hair. Most of the time virgin hair will come from people who have naturally silky and beautiful hair that donated it for personal, spiritual purposes. Some countries such as Brazilian, Indian, Malaysian, and Peruvian are known to have smooth silky hair that is of the highest quality. But, the practice of donating varies from country to country. Making the rarity of each type of hair unique to its country of origin.
How Can I Buy Bundles of Virgin Hair Online and How Many Bundles Should I Buy?
You can buy bundles that range from 10 to 30 inches. You can also buy as many bundles as you want to achieve the look that you are going for. Keeping shipping in mind.
A typical bundle will weigh about 100 gms and will give you about 1 to 2 years of gorgeous hair with proper care and maintenance. Once again, virgin hair is essentially natural hair and should be handled with care and attention. Make sure that you have it styled only by a professional who knows what to do and how to do it if you want to keep your virgin hair intact.

What Is Virgin Hair?
Just like anything else in its virgin state, virgin hair is exactly the same. It is "unprocessed" hair. We put the quote on the word unprocessed because there's a common misconceptions by virgin hair buyers to think that unprocessed virgin hair means the same as not putting the natural hair through a cleansing process. So, to clear the air on that misconception, unprocessed virgin hair is hair that has not been treated with perms, dye, bleach, or any other chemicals. All cuticles are intact and run in the same direction
What About Shedding?
At bare minimum, no hair is perfect and anyone or company that states otherwise is simply miss leading you. At Queen Royale, honesty is a foundational part of doing business so we want to be as transparent with you as possible. The wefting techniques used on our virgin hair products is designed to minimize shedding to nearly none. You may notice a few strands here and there, but nothing alarming. From experience, we believe that the most effective way to avoid shedding is by sealing the wefts.
Can I Color My Hair?
Yes. We recommend contacting a professional for proper coloring techniques, tips, and upkeep. Coloring can be damaging to both your hair and your tresses, so please be careful when opting to color your hair
Do You Offer Any Kind of Discounts?
We believe in the quality of our service, products offered and how competitively we price, so we limit special offers and discounts to our Newsletter subscribers that provide their confirmed email address via our website
What Is the Difference Between Frontal and Closures?
The terms “closure” and “frontal” are arguably two of the most interchangeably used jargon in the virgin hair market. Maybe second to the terms “virgin hair” and “remy hair” but that’s a whole different post. To offer you a little clarity, a frontal is applied across the front of the head and it measures from ear to ear (approx. 13"x 4"). On the other hand, a closure is typically applied at the crown of the head (approx. 4"x 4")
How Much Hair Do I Need for An Install?
Like many questions involving 100% virgin human hair, the number of bundles that you need to match your style is very personal or subjective because you’re uniquely-made (as it should be!) and the bundles of hair you need will always vary based on your desired fullness. However, it’s important for you to keep in mind that the longer a hair bundle’s length, the shorter the weft length. With that in mind, here are some hair length to bundles needed recommendations:
If the hair is 12 – 16 inches long, then go with two (2) bundles
If the hair is 18 – 24 inches long, then go with three (3) or four (4) bundles
If the hair is 26 – 30 inches long, then go with three (3) or four (4) bundles
How Much Does Each of The Hair Bundles Weight?
Our virgin hair bundles are 100 grams or 3.57 ounces per bundle
